This means that even without the internet, you can download your enrolled course using the app so your module is ready for offline use.

Downloading your TOP Course

How to Download a TOP Course for Offline Use
To do so, you will need:
- A Smartphone or Mobile Device: You need a working Android phone (or supported device) where you can install the TOP mobile app.
- TESDA Online Program (TOP) Mobile App Installed
- Registered TESDA Online Account: You must have an active TOP account. If you don’t have one yet, create an account first inside the app.
- Enrollment in the Course: You can only download a course if you are already enrolled in it. No enrollment means no download option.
- Stable Internet Connection (During Download Only): You need Wi-Fi or mobile data to download the modules. After downloading, you can study offline.
- Enough Storage Space on Your Phone: Courses include lessons, videos, and quizzes. You will need to make sure that you have enough free storage so the download won’t fail.
- Sufficient Battery or Charger: Downloads may take time depending on file size and internet speed. Avoid interruptions by keeping your battery charged.
Once you have these things ready, you may follow these steps to download the course:
Step 1. Open the TESDA Online Program (TOP) Mobile App
- Launch the TOP app on your phone and log in to your account.
Tip: Make sure your login details are correct before starting.
Step 2. Open Your Enrolled Course
- Choose the course you want to download.
- Important: You must already be enrolled in the course before downloading it.
- If you’re not enrolled yet, enroll first inside the app.
Step 3. Tap the Three Dots (⋮)
- Once inside the course, look at the upper right corner of your screen.
- Tap the three dots.
Step 4. Click “Show Download Options”
- After tapping the three dots, select “Show download options.”
- This will display the activities and modules available for download.
Step 5. Click the “Download” Button
- Tap “Download” and wait for the module to finish downloading.
Make sure:
- You are connected to the internet while downloading
- Your phone has enough storage space
- Your battery is not low
Note: Downloading may take a few minutes depending on your internet speed.
Step 6. Check if the Download is Complete
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Scroll down and look for a green cloud icon on the module.
- If you see the green cloud, the download is complete.
- This means the course is now available offline.
Step 7. Start Learning Offline
You can now:
- Take the pretest
- Read lessons
- Watch videos
- Answer quizzes
Note: All of these can be done even if you’re not connected to the internet.
