- A device with a camera (for biometrics)
- Valid documents (UMID, Birth Certificate, Diploma, Transcript of Records, or other IDs)

How to Register on BSRS
To register, simply follow these steps:
For Learners / Students
Once your requirements are ready, begin by following these steps:
STEP 1: Visit the Official Website
Open your browser and type: https://bsrs.tesda.gov.ph—the official TESDA BSRS portal.
STEP 2: Click “Create an Account”
- If you do not have an account, click the Create an account link.
- If you already have an account but need to re-register or verify, follow the same steps — the system will guide you.
STEP 3: Fill Out the Registration Form
Enter all required information. Double-check your email spelling. Then click Submit.
STEP 4: Verify Your Email
TESDA will send a verification email.
Open it and click the verification link.
Note: If you can sign in successfully, your account is verified. If not, you will still see a prompt asking you to verify.
STEP 5: Complete the 9-step TESDA Profile
This is where most users feel overwhelmed. Don’t rush. The system auto-saves your progress, so even if your internet disconnects, you can continue later.
Here’s what you’ll complete:
- Personal Information: Enter your full name, mailing address, and basic details.
- Profile: Provide additional personal information requested.
- Biometrics: Click Take Biometrics and capture a live headshot using your device camera. Wait for system approval before clicking Continue.
- Educational Attainment: Select your highest level completed.
- Classification: Choose your household’s socio-economic classification.
- Disability Information: Select if applicable. If none, choose the appropriate option.
- Supporting Documents: Upload authentic documents such as:
- UMID
- Birth Certificate
- Diploma
- Transcript of Records

Click Choose File, upload, review using the eye icon, then continue.
- Privacy Disclaimer: Tick the box to confirm your information is true and agree to TESDA’s Privacy Disclaimer.
After this, your registration is complete and your profile will be tagged for evaluation.
For Trainers (NTTC Holders)
If you received a system email:
STEP 1: Open the email.
STEP 2: Click Complete Registration.
STEP 3: You will be redirected to the BSRS website.
STEP 4: Enter your NTTC number for verification.
STEP 5: Set your preferred password.
STEP 6: Log in to your dashboard at bsrs.tesda.gov.ph.
